Pringle Franklin founded the Dove Fund in 2022 after helping a Lowcountry mother of five navigate a housing crisis that threatened her family’s stability.
What began with one family grew into a grassroots, volunteer-run organization providing practical, individualized support to families facing eviction, housing instability and other life-changing hardships.
